Delete a shelf

Permanently deletes a shelf and its saved changes.

Important: The shelf cannot be recovered after deletion.

Requirements: Requires WRITE access to the repository.

Returns:

• 404 Not Found if the shelf doesn’t exist or the user doesn’t own it
• 204 No Content on successful deletion
